Tomato Super Roma - Pomodor salsa super Roma 

A Large fruited variety that produces an early crop of Bulb Shaped fruits weighing appx 70 grams per fruit, This variety is resistant to Verticillum and Fusarium. The fruits will ripen gradually after 90–95 days from transplanting.


Sow  Early April to end May Outdoors.
For Greenhouse production sowing can start as early as mid Feb.
Harvest in appx 14 weeks - August to October.
Although an Easy plant to grow some care must be taken when transplanting and throughout the growing season.
Sow thinly in trays or individual 3" pots.
Transplant when large enough to handle taking care not to damage the stems or leaves.
Transplant to final position for outdoor crops when all risk of frost has gone.

Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds. Put them in a large pot and let them sweat on a low heat, covering them with a lid, until they’re soft. Pass through a food mill then add leaves of fresh basil.  Use as a base for sauces.
