Saponaria Vaccaria Pink Beauty
A beautiful variety that produces Large amounts of Pink flowers that suitable for borders and bedding schemes. The flowers are also useful as a cut flower and are used commonly with Gypsophila
Sow the seeds thinly on the surface of a good quality moistened seed compost at min 18 deg c in May
Lightly cover the seed with fine compost or vermiculite to just cover the seed.
Once large enough to handle the young plants can be transplanted into either 3" pots or tray cells prior to being planted out in there final position
A fortnightly feed with a potash based fertiliser (Tomato fertiliser) will encourage good growth and plenty of flowers.
