Gazania splendens mix
Description
A beautiful selection of Rustic colours make this an ideal variety of Gazania for the border and for cut flowers. The plant produces the large flowers from July - Sept and reaches a height of appx 12 - 14"
Cultivation
Sow the seeds thinly on a good quality moistened seed compost under glass or indoors and cover lightly in Feb
The seed requires a min temp of 18 Deg C
Place the seed tray/pot into a propagator / polythene bag until germination has occurred. (this can take anything upto 21 days)
Once large enough to handle transplant on into 3" pots.
Gradually acclimatise to outside conditions prior to planting out after all risk of frost has gone.
If suitable protection is given this plant will provide flowers for many years to come.
